Look at that he solved the case for you! Foe him, rate him accordingly and move on. It looks like you were asking for it, you don't just tell people what to do, you ask nicely if you want them to stop. And for the record, it is "mature."

last time I checked this was a PG gaming site, and while all the new additions to the rules around here have been to help other peoples gaming experience it doesn't mean that your not going to get a lil mild lewd behavior.
Which this totally is, you have now been told 3 times Rate & Foe as you see fit.
P.S. Its not a good stance to take to cause or be on the side of causing an intentional suiciding of other people just cause you don't agree with them or what they have said in game chat.

It is a PG game site, but there is nothing in the rules that say you can't flame in the game chat. They do have it stated in the forum that it is against the rules to flame in Live Chat, and in the forum, but i see nothing about a game chat.
Besides, I think throwing the game is a much worse offense, and should be reported also. Maybe idiots will learn their lessons then.

I knew what he said, I was being an ass. Anyway, Fred was banned not because of his language but that was the reason put for his banning and everyone knows it. Sure, Fred had a tendency to over-react in some games but he certainly hasn't been CC's worst offender in that domain by a huge extent and there are still many around who are far worse than he ever was. Anyway, ronc actually is on a 30 day forum ban at the moment for flaming so it will be interesting how the admins treat this case. I'm personally reserving judgement on this one due to scuffles I've had with the fella in the past.

In CC, it is not illegal to swear in game chats. Unfortunately, in some cases, some people do find a way on how to abuse this. For this case, as what they said: Put him in your foes list and his game chat messages will disappear. This is just trash talk and you should just forget it and move on. When he is already in your foes list he won't be able to join your future games again.
