I know it may be light, and I'm not one in favor of banning, but when it gets down to stupidity like this, I think all is lost. I was trying to be not biased in mah choosing, and I think I've gotten both of the main sides. Though really... just think how bad a thread has to be for a guy with 20,000+ posts, that is pro-spam, and anti-bad. You guys just make me sad... (most of you at least, and a couple of others that avoided this thread.) And why hasn't that thread been locked since page 1?

I dispute the spamming comment. Though I admit the flaming and baiting

From what I read I believe that sinc was trying to help bk. Falling into a trap of whine isn't against forum rules it just means that they aren't the smartest individuals. Though I'll give his posts a re-read. Others I may have missed though.

Hey, gang! Saxi here. Quick note for the valued mods - if you want me to handle this case, LMK. Happy to help out and I think I have a good handle on this situation to take tempered and judicial corrective action. My first thought would be to order 8 of these players to hug it out and place the ninth on perma-ban status. Valued Mods - PM me and I'll give you the detes.

Hmmm 2 posts and im counted as spamming?

How can I be told off for whining, and could nominate nearly all of CC for that one at least once.

I guess it was mild trolling, in some way?

Flaming sure why not at an extremely mild case if you actually go out and view my posts you will see them at a mild case.

If I can be told off for "whining" and if you do consider that "flaming" im happy to accept my punishment and continue about my business as usual.

Colton, I don't really feel like foeing a whole group of people. I save that for dicks, not annoyances or rule breakers. Though it's really getting tiring to see threads after thread with these pathetic fights.

There is too much to report, I'd be clicking on post after post, that's why I posted it here. It's easier.

1 post can be be spam. ;3 Sure you weren't as bad as some, but it could be still, so I noted it. If you noticed you aren't bolded which means you aren't a main concern, just a note. To Kalano same to you, it's mainly a note, as both of you imo did. The bold ones are the main ones.

BTW. I just took the time to look at my posts in that thread. It would be a stretch at best to claim FLAMING & BAITING. And I'm kinda surprised AAFITZ didn't get a mention too. Most everyone else did. Must be a friend.

Wait you so your just picking a random fight out of no where even though its occuring every where? This fight pushed me over the edge so everyone in here as at fault no one else i'll just blame these people. Pick out everyone please then..

Also why was mine not minor flaming then it surely is not "greater" flaming.

Cena - if that's what you think I definitely encourage you to file a complaint against me. I don't want to disturb anyone so, if my efforts to help add perspective or framing to this discussion have been been misconstrued as "trolling" it's definitely a good idea to file a complaint against me, that's what the complaint system is for, after all! Fircoal should be added to the list of trolls as well for his post here.

The third post down is a blatant and clear cut example of Fircoal trolling.

Personally, I believe that its very clear that I am trying to discuss the actual topic of the debate throughout the entire thread. I post a lot, but it is always in response, and in no way attacking any of the posters. Perhaps I am not allowed to respond to direct responses to my posts, but most would probably disagree.

However, which posts do you think are spamming, trolling or spamming? Many suggested this was the case, but when asked to quote them, not one actually responded. I only saw empty accusations...which were infact the trolling and spamming themselves.

Most got off topic in that thread, which was about BK, and why he might be permabanned, and how he might avoid it. Many avoided the discussion itself completely, to simply discuss the poster, and not the posts. Personally, I didnt see anything in there that could really be considered a flame in any way. It was clearly a collection of posts that were meant to be adversarial, but hardly direct attacks.

One could easily suspect the motive of flaming, but I didnt see one direct flame in there, and I think it would be a mistake to really label anything other than a direct personal attack as a flame.

But, once again...please quote me where you think I break the rules. I try very hard to stay in the guidelines, so Id like to see what you would consider to be breaking them and what you would consider to be flaming, trolling, or spamming. I do of course ask that you post whatever post I was responding too, because I never once posted in that thread, without a direct mention of my name, or my post, except for the main discussion of the topic, which I put quite a bit of time into, and was more than thorough with my explanation of my ideas on the subject.

What really is surprising however, is how most of the accusations of spamming, flaming and trolling, seem to be coming from the same people that are against banning, and have supported flame wars, and have spent quite a bit of time complaining that the mods have been too restrictive in the forum. It kind of reduces the credibility of someone, if they say the mods moderate too much, and then turn around and accuse everyone of trolling and spamming...thereby, becoming trolls and spammers themselves. It certainly seems self-defeating to the original goal in any case.
