I strongly believe both user ID's are the one and the same person, but at the very least they have a secret diplomacy. Please review game history and see for yourself.

rickardo is in most of Liacam's games. very suspicious

You may also want to monitor game #5528952. All the other players (besides the ones reported) are new users and from portugal as well.

stinks of multi both joined on the second of September and both are from portgal. i think they are multis

All joined on the same day (putoc93 a couple of days later), all from Portugal. All taking their turns shortly after one another. Only play with each other, don't talk to each other. Certainly worth a look.

While hardly attacking each other? Same goes for your game with Guardianangel. If you have a decent excuse, you should say so.

Huh- that doesn't look like what I'm looking at. You and Rickardo played first, only attacking blue trrops. Blue started his first turn almost immediately after Rickardo. Secret diplomacy is against the rules anyway.

so you admit to knowingly breaking the rules. This is a clear case for secret diplomacy. Now waiting for the guilty verdict
