look at all his ratings he leaves 1stars to every one and then read there responses they say he cused in the game chat and in a pm he sent him so he must be breaking some rule it might be worth loking into mods

yeah but this is difrent he plays them and gives them a bad rating and there responses are difrent

What the hell is that? JR24 did nothing wrong, that was one bad rating he left. If you're going to list cases at least let them be relevant to the case, all you did was show how ignorant you are. If JR has half a mind he should slap you across your dumb face. :roll:

JaMarcus has been reported several times for ratings abuse, he just never learns. What was his last punishment? Was it a warning?

This report is for old ratings abuse. The last rating JaMarcus left was on 3/24/2009. He has been blocked from rating anymore.

As what was said from that link above, JaMarcus was already dealt with, as he is indefinitely prevented from leaving any ratings.
