I do not see it as a flame.

A. yes it would appear that why maybe Andy has put bk on his ignore list maybe that's why he is not getting his questions answered

b. Actually no i do not want him to flame me. Flame=Ban, I do not like people to get banned from this site.

c. Nope, i do not try to bait others just trying to engage in a civil argument ( by the way you guys are kinda making it hard)

D. I have only had post that add meaning to this thread and to keep it moving forward. I WILL ADMIT i did spam the thread a little back when i said i agreed with the peoples post and put smiles (I AM SORRY ) ok.

By posting in re of BK & knowing that BK has him on his ban list is a flame & a bait in it's self.

Just another example of the lengths that posters will go to spam, troll and flame those that they don't agree with.

This troll has no respect for the rules and regulations of C.C. guide lines. Many of us who been severely beaten with harsh treatment by the Moderators for violations of said rules/regulations, have changed our "way of thinking" and no longer want to harrass fellow posters. This tyrant [Target] has bullied his way through the entire thread. He too, needs punishment and sent to a vacation resort to keep him from bullying innocent posters, like B.K.Barunt and other intelligensia of the C.C. forums.

All this can lead to catastrophe and the ending of the forums as we know it. First Woodruff and now this, soon dogs will be sleeping with cats. Is that the world we want to live in, I say, "NO!"

Target has gone too far and must be stopped. AND remember, It all starts with small animals.

This is going to be a difficult complaint for me to make a ruling on.

On the one hand, the General and I are in the same clan.

On the other hand, Targetman and I played a delightful game recently.

I can vouch for the character of both the General and Targetman.

I'd like to suggest we just hug it out.

Judge Saxitoxin, of course your judgement would be highly regarded. With that said, I must protest any pre-conceived notions that you would have of Targetman and myself. You'd have to excuse yourself from this trial, since we are all certainly related by inbred relatives.

If I were King Solomon I'd just suggest we saw jefjef in half and General and Target each get a piece but I'm not so I won't. (note: referencing the Bible is not a violation of the TOS)

Another fine example of Judge Saxitoxin's decisions based on JUSTICE. I hope you know that one of the Sumpreme Court Justices will be retiring soon. I only hope to GOD! that President Obama would consider you as a replacement.

Let's us all bow down and pray with Judge Saxitoxin and his upcoming battle with Congress over his nomination for Supreme Court Justice.

Well Owen if I'm one of the two to whom you refer to I have never had any interaction with target. Other than B.K.'s PERMABANNED thread. And if CC finds I'm deserving of a vacation over any of my posts in relations to target thats cool. I'm going on a vacation and my account is being sat for me. VACATION ME AWAY.

It can really be annoying when you are trying to make a point in a thread and then someone comes in and spam/flames/baits in that thread. Although you can turn a blind eye if that spammer of flamer is a friend, and maybe even agree with him. That is why, we usually select those we report. Nevertheless, as a regular forumer, at some point, you are also guilty of spamming/flaming in the past, if ever. If you or someone gets away with a forum violation, fine, it happens. We do what we can and be as liberal as can be to let you express what you want to say in the forums. However, if you continue to post freely in disregard of the forum guidelines, then, if not now, sooner or later, a member, a moderator, or even an administrator will catch that 'post' and will enforce the rules accordingly.

This thread where targetman377 was selectively accused of flaming/baiting/spamming is also full of forumers who are guilty of the same things targetman377 is being accused of. Was this thread supposedly only for those who should agree with the thread starter? Anything else is nonsense? This topic made by b.k. barunt is about him telling everyone that Andy has abused his powers. Andy is an administrator of Conquer Club.

Since some of you only select what you want to follow in the Community Guidelines, let me remind these lines:

It's fine if you don't like this site or the way it is run...find another one with better rules, start another one and make your own rules, abuse another one and try to get them to change their rules, but don't complain about the rules here.

Rule Enforcement

For users who break the above Guidelines, as they say, "there will be consequences and repercussions." The Mods and Admins will always take into account when past infractions occurred, and the severity of the current infraction and any past infractions, in addition to the intent of the infractions.
