This guys tries to influence other players to do what he wants them to do. When he can't, he rants, he swears, he's rude, and finally throws the game. This is the first time it happens to me but I seen him do it before.

There is no chat in the game you posted. So none of the chat related complaints above apply to that game. He may act like a child when he is attacked, but there are many more like him on this site.

The throwing a game charge does not really apply to one game, especially if its retaliation for something in the game itself, since retaliation practically is the game, or at least a large part of it.

throwing game usually is against the rules if its done a lot, or done for a friend. Otherwise, technically speaking, someone has thrown a game in nearly every game there ever has been played.

My apologies for the comments above, they are obviously incorrect. I did not see his chat because he was already foed. I removed it long enough to read it, and then re-foed.

I know he's not gonna be punished by this, but what I'm trying to do is leave a note because someone else surely is gonna accuse him of this again.

I mean it really sucks that because you didn't play the way he wants he goes on and suicides on you so you "learn his lesson".

He wanted me to break blue's bonus and since I didn't, he cashed a set and suicide all the men available on me. He stated it in the chat, even tho he could've broken blue himself, even without a set.

It might not be strictly cheating but if the situation repeats himself I thing something must be done.

Please say if you disagree with me in this point.

Well I dont disagree that its not the best way to play, but it really is a large part of the psychological aspect of the game. Any time you hit one player too hard, you run the risk of being suicided by them...that practically is the game right there, and its not easy, because all perceive attacking them too hard differently.

Further, we need to retain our right to retaliate in any given game, other wise the game nearly becomes meaningless.

Its an emotional game, full of psychology, and it always will be, unless you play against computer players. If one person repeatedly does it in many games against the same person, or rewarding the same person, then that is throwing a game....it could be argued that in any individual game, that suiciding, assuming it isnt just for fun on turn one, really is just playing the game.

This one is definitely best left for ratings I think.
