Comments: Let me set this one up. This is a Tournament where a player receives 5 jacks per win, 3 jacks for second. 2 for third and 1 for fourth. The top 2 spots go on to the next round. As of this game the scores are as follows:

jasper_be 38 jacks
murphy16 19 jacks
Kid Moe 18 jacks
harvmax 15 jacks

Awfully suspicious that after I after 112 rounds I finally take the troop lead and then in 4 of the next 7 rounds I get suicided by jasper_be....who has nothing to lose. Interesting side note, jasper_be and murphy16 have played together 74 other times, often against each other, sometimes as partners. I believe a secret alliance was formed between jasper_be and murphy16 to insure that murphy16 will at least finish in second place in this game to move on to the next round. Please note the positions on the map at the start of the game and how they are positioned for the last 80 rounds or so. murphy16 was at the bottom of the map and worked his way into the corner he is in now, while jasper_be took over the middle as if to protect him. harvmax was never really in this game so he really wasn't a threat to anybody. I was in the upper right and was pushed to the bottom....much harder to protect. Maybe I'm over reacting.....then again.....maybe I'm not!

that game is far from over, still anybody's game, i dont see anything strange except that you have made an alliance in a tourney game, which i think is tacky and lame, but isnt against the rules...

here is from the tourney handbook:

# DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN ANY ALLIANCES. Secret diplomacy is against Conquer Club rules anyway, but even public alliances are greatly frowned upon in tournament games. Most tournaments are set up to lead to one winner, and most players will get upset if their methodical lead suddenly becomes double-teamed.

and yeah i understand your frustration that you feel singled out, but someone is gonna get attacked more than someone else inevitably, and your not dead, i wouldnt call it suicide since japser is still very strong.

I concur with hwhrhett for once. You seem to be a tad paranoid, looking for conspiracy where one probably doesn't exist.

bla bla bla bla..... what the heck is this kid moe? it's a freaking stalemate you attacked me and I attacked back and yes it seems that we Suicided on eachother but I didn't attacked you for like 80 rounds also (does this means that we had a secret alliance? don't think so). jus't play that game stop whining and acusing when you lose and welcome to my foe list ;)

and the about the fact that I played 70 games with him: I allready played over 4600 games, so it's normal that I face same players often.

So you write this post at 11:35pm on the 23rd, which is fine. Then 8 hours later in the game chat you write
2009-08-24 09:14:00 - hwhrhett: truces are poo-poo'd upon in the tournament guidelines... and most tourney organizers dont allow them in their tourneys..... this may be a forfeit situation depending on who is running the tournament......

so you first tell me from the tournament handbook they are NOT illegal, but 8 hours later offer your 2 cents, which is wrong, based on what you told me out of the tournament handbook that this may be a forfeit situation because tournament directors don't allow them. SUGGESTION Read the tournament rules before commenting.....nothing in the rules about alliances not being allowed. I do know that the rules state you have to be a premium to play and the tournament organizer is not.....is that a violation? To be honest with ya, i could care less!

jasper is not strong, I am not strong and this game is pretty much over for me.....which is fine. Jasper and Murph will move on.....good for them. That's why we have foe's. Very hard playing 1 on 2 in a 4 player game.

for the record, i ended the truce seeing that it is frowned upon. Although no rules were broken I choose not to play that way.

I did not attack you as you suggest. You suicided against me in round 112 I believe. So when you lie and say that I attacked you first that just tells me that I'm probably right here.......check the log junior, that does not lie. I only foe liars and cheaters.........welcome to the list.....first one too!! Guess who the second is?

you can read whatever you want into what i said, but the fact is i said it 'MAY' be a forfeit situation depending on the organizer. the reason i say 'MAY' is because some tourney organizers state it in the rules of the tourney that alliances are not allowed, others dont. i do not think my two statements contradict each other in any way.... im only offering up helpful information for the future.

and the game is far from over, you still have a bunch of troops, it is not murphy's game yet. the other three players armies added together adds up to be more than twice what murphy has. its a flat rate game too, so not gonna be any massive amounts of armies added in there. even if japser completely wasted ALL of his troops to kill you, murphy would still have a hell of a fight to secure the win.

Checking Game 4825853, as of now, you currently hold 3 zone bonuses, as oppose to your opponents who holds only one, and green being broken into. As you said, "after 112 rounds you finally took the troop lead". It should not be surprising if your opponents try not to let you grow as much as they can, even if one would take the risk to do that much damage. I have my own questions about the game myself but let's leave and respect all your game strategies. I also do not see anything that would be suspicious enough to point a possible secret diplomacy at this time. This is cleared.
