Fuzzy316 [cleared]

Postby Jester362 on Tue Aug 18, 2009 5:34 pm

Accused:

Fuzzy316
dingbat34

The accused are suspected of:

Being Multis/
Conducting Secret Diplomacy

Game Number:
5369122

Comments:

I don't know if this is a multi or just secret diplomacy, but these guys are OBVIOUSLY working together. Although it is now round 14 and for several rounds we three have been the only players on the map, they have NEVER attacked each other. I have repeatedly asked them to make their alliance public but have gotten no response. For several rounds I was separated from them completely by the fog of war, and in that period they still didn't attack each other. It's not that they couldn't beat me if they made a public alliance, they are just flagrantly breaking the rules.

Regards,

Clikiefied.

It does seem rather suspicious, they have played two other games together one of which Dingbat won, they seemed to attack each other quite a bit. Your game is on a fairly large map, is it possible they aren't near each other, or did you at one point seem to be most powerful? In the latter case there may have been no spoken agreement but was obvious you needed to be dealt with.

It's a foggy poly war. You can't see each other until you bump into each other. & when red hit yellow the turn after he took a neutral (which was when he may have found him) it was for a spoil grab. He didn't have a cash in that round. I'm not sure there really is anything fishy going on. Spose have to wait until game ends & read the log to confirm your suspicions.

I'm withdrawing this complaint. Don't know how things worked out the way they did, but it's apparent now they weren't working together on purpose, only through circumstance. My bad guys! Sorry to waste your time.

They are cleared of being multis with each other. Considering that your game is a fog-of-war game, we can only see what's indicated in the game log, which shows they do attack each other. Unless we can really see that one of them is really going out his way to eliminate other opponents except their alleged partner, then we have to give them some benefit of doubt.
