Looking at the last 50 (page 1):
- 44 are 1-1-1 (most with some pretty unnice tags).
- 2 are 5-5-5
- 1 is 2-1-1
- 1 is 2-2-2
- 1 is 1-0-1
- 1 is 1-1-0
Number of stars that could have been handed out (excluding the 0s given) after these 50 games: 740
Number of stars actually handed out: 146
On average: (740-100) / (146-100) = For every game rated, Neptune1 has handed out an average (0,025 * 3) 0,075 star in addition to the basic 1 star line.
Or: 3/50 = 6% of Neptune1’s games (which have been rated) have been deemed played against anything else than a thoroughly “bad”
This is just numbers. But on average, it seems rather upsetting unless Neptune1 chooses to rate only after having encountered a bad/annoying/rude opponent (i.e. choosing not to rate after a nice or average game). But I believe that the juventino case implicitly acknowledged that such choices can constitute ratings abuse.
