Comments: Pmchugh openly admitted in an MSN conversation with me that he was a multi of suspect101 and basically was taunting it in my face believing I wouldn't turn him in. He went on to say that he paid off lack to keep his premium account open

If it was for pmc, then why are you saying feel free to make this report true anytime? I mean the only the thing I could think of is you wanting him to get a multi so you can bust and ban him, but that would be encouraging multis...

He was mocking and daring the TS to make a report, and so he did. Now this report has been checked and he got his amusement. Why not entertain what he tries to declare.
