Let's try to avoid hatemongering against people whose primary language is something other than English. Everyone deserves a fair hearing regardless of race, creed, religion, gender, nationality or language.

I quite agree. I have often come across this problem where others do not have a decent grasp of the English language, although I do have to say that generally when I come across this problem I find speaking loudly, beating them with my stick and getting them to carry my bags does seem to do the job.
