tez hodos
and Roj_87
xxxxxxx

The accused are suspected of:

Conducting Secret Diplomacy

Being Multis
Other: <Explanation>

Game number(s):

Game 5292563

Comments: in my game 5292563 the two players above, possible the same person, colluded in free for all 4 player game. tez hodos even mentioned in in chat (i guess making it not really secret) when it came time for green to fall on his sword. Roj_87 never moved aggressively, leaving a bonus holding 1 neutral territory away form getting the bonus while fort'ing the entrances to that set. Even weakening the neutral territory with out taking it while 2 armies 8 or more next the territory were taking no action. Roj_87continualy would deploy and take no action beside fort'ing.

Well I don't think they are the same person. One is from Canada, and the other from the United States. ;)

Also, this is their first game together. And they have both played 50+ games on cc... So I kinda doubt they know each other...

I'm thinking the "2009-07-27 21:24:53 - tez hodos: all right green, you know the plan" perhaps means, "Green you need to make your move against x player cuz he is getting too strong" or something like that.... I don't think tez meant anything bad by it, he just wasn't clear... But that is my personal opinion. ;)

You were the strongest player for most of that game, so I if I was in the same situation I would have been attacking you, if they had hit each other, they would have weakened each other to much and you would have had a certain win. There is no where in the rules that says, players in a weaker position should let the person in the strongest position win. I'm guessing that you thought you had this game won, had already mentally banked the points, and now are all bent out of shape because the game is in the balance. There is no secret alliance there :roll:

If you were the strongest player at the time, it should not be surprising if some or all the other opponents would try to 'even' out the field. The game chat is also inconclusive. Being that this is their first game played together so far, we would need more than one game of strong evidence of malicious plays involving the same players to warrant a block.

If you feel they had a secret diplomacy in your game, feel free to leave the appropriate ratings for these players.
