Yeah, it doesn't look like gefmos has done anything wrong. Keep in mind that many players sign up on cc because they are RISK fans, therefore it's likely that many new players will already be skilled at the game. Not that this site has anything in common with RISK.

gefmos is Cleared of being a multi.

yeah, they should know most of these maps. there are some though that i dont expect them to know.
