Clearly JaMarcus had the oppurtunity to simply take 3 seconds to end our game. (70+ vs 1 doesn't really take that much time)

Big deal. So you had 1 territory for 4 rounds. Don't whine about it. Take your 3 missed turns and then foe him if it's that big of a deal. I find that often the people that get in those situations, got into it by being little whiners like you're doing now.

You're a premie, so you probably don't remember that freemies can only have 4 games at a time. If he's being held hostage, that's basically one of those 4 games down the drain. What happens if he ends up 1v1ing 4 major douchebags like JaMarcus, and ends up not being able to play ANY games?

I didn't wine about it.

He called me for stalling, while you can look at my time logs, the moment i ended my turn with Jamarcus i went and took my turn in another game. He then went and started this "hostage" situation.

Now he just ended another turn without winning the game. 79 vs 1. Awesome!!

Foe and Forget. Has been been on my foe list for longer than obama has been in office.

This is clearly a deliberate dicking around with and time wasting tactic. Is there anything in the rules that says you must win as fast as possible? If not, then he is breaking no rules,

Much as I dislike the dedicated mouth breather unless there is a clear infraction of the rules I don't think anything should be done to him(except maybe a polite message from a mod requesting him in stern tones to stop been a dick and to take his turn), don't want to see the site been taken over by the politeness police

Unwritten Rules

Obviously any gross abuse of the game is forbidden. This includes but is not limited to: throwing games or deliberately benefiting from thrown games, intentional deadbeating, holding players hostage, serial teammate killing, hijacking accounts, systematically "farming" new recruits.
