Comments: he seems to have quite a few privates and below in his games and some of them have joined within minutes of each other very fishy eh? especially on the farming. way too many damn pirvates and below in his games to not be fishy. and all maps he plays for noob farming are USA wit same settings

He can't help who joins his games. Plus, it's only an offense if you "systematically target NEW RECRUITS." So he really hasn't done anything. Warning is the worst he'll get, probably Noted.

a) he's setting up the games so no, he isn't

Wasn't someone recently warned, or asked to stop, for setting up games that attract new recruits and lower ranks? :-s
