Comments: This game is currently in progress. Oliver77 has massed all of his troops onto one territory to attack me in retaliation for comments, said by me, that he disagreed with during the game. OVER has had every opportunity to take advantage of this obvious suicide mission, but is completely allowing Oliver77 to suicide into me, thereby ruining the game for everyone else. From the structure of their troops, on Round 34 with scuba doo (blue) taking his turn, it is obvious that they have created a secret diplomacy without publicly notifying any other player in the game. Oliver77 has 164 troops on the only territory bordering mine, and ONE army on every single one of his other territories, all of which border OVER (purple). This is blatant and obvious secret diplomacy, not to mention suicide, given the fact that I have the same amount of troops on the territory Oliver77 so "strategically" wants to attack. Please do something about this!

first off....looking at the game...its not fog do some of the strategy in the game is to threaten and intimidate others....grey is doing this well as any person other than yourself who is in a position to attack his bonus...aka pink and yellow....would get hit by his massive stack the next turn....You insult him several times and then expect him not to at the very least show some ire at it? The game is still rather well balanced and your just looking at it from a rather biased point of view where you could lose a lot. in reality. he cant even really attack anyone bcuz the first time he does the game is over for him.

actually, OVER could easily attack Oliver77 through Kazahkstan and Yugra, battling a whopping total of TWO armies, and still never come into contact with Oliver77's one stacked army, thus breaking his bonus and not coming into contact with said stacked army. As for yellow, he's been playing a good strategy the whole game, which has been working quite well for him, as he is the most powerful on the board, and it may be in his plans to take some of grays territory. But Gray doesn't seem to care about any threat except me, thus my accusation of "suicide" and OVER's deceptive cooperation. As for insulting him, it was only after his moves became clear as to what his strategy was. This obvious secret diplomacy would piss anyone off, and I think I reacted appropriately, both letting them know in game what I thought they were up to, and by posting my complaint here on this forum.

This is Oliver77 and OVER's first game played together and both are no longer new accounts. I can't say what is grey's strategy really are but has he attempted to attack you already from Sakha?
As for purple, yes he could attack through Kazahkstan and Yugra (maybe he has not yet realized this), or simply to Evenkia or Irkutsk to break grey's bonus, so what's stopping him? He could be waiting on what would grey do with those 164 troops in Sakha? If grey decides to assault Teal, perhaps that would be the time for him to move in to Russia? If he attacks now, he could irk grey and grey might focus his attention on purple by then. They could break each other's bonus and hurt each other then.

Anyway, that's my assessment. If you think these two are having a secret diplomacy, feel free to leave the appropriate ratings. As of now, I advise for you to wait it out and see what happens first.

Comments: This is an update on a previous Secret Diplomacy report that I filed. It seems that Oliver77's motives were in fact to suicide into me, seemingly to set up a very nice situation for OVER, as I suspected all along. Please read my previous report and look at our game, and it will be evident for everyone to see. Oliver77 and OVER created a secret diplomacy, Oliver77 suicided into me, and now i have chance at all of winning. The other player in the game have also found this convenient series of events suspicious in the game as well. Please look, read, and do something about this! This ruins the game for honest players. They will be foed, and badly rated, obviously, but punishment is in order for this crap!

why didn't you just edit your first C&A thread instead of doing this? merge...-0

I don't know, this just seemed more effective. If you look at the game now (Round 38) you will find that OVER has conveniently moved into Oliver77's territories, which was occupied by only one army on each territory. OVER now conveniently controls all of asia just 1 turn after Oliver77 suicided into me. This such complete and obvious cheating, i really feel that if something is not done about this or these two players, I'm going to demand my premium membership be refunded to me by admin. I know that isn't much of a threat and who really cares, but the principle is that this is COMPLETE bullshit.

I just reviewed this and the other C&A complaint and PKeough seems right on in his accusation. Note, it is a complex and cleverly disguised situation so if one does not take the time to carefully review it from square 1 it may not appear obvious but a careful review will reveal the truth.

If a mod (i.e. Clapper011) addresses a comment to me in a forum I feel invited to reply to it in a forum.

If Clapper011 would like to address a comment to me via PM, I will - similarly - be happy to reply via PM. (In fact, I would invite that method of communication as I would, personally, rather not entertain Clapper011's comments in forums for reasons I choose - out of respect for the mods - not to broach here.)

To ask me to do otherwise is not a sane expectation and would require me to read people's minds, something I can not do.
