Obviously any gross abuse of the game is forbidden. This includes but is not limited to: throwing games or deliberately benefiting from thrown games, intentional deadbeating, holding players hostage, serial teammate killing, hijacking accounts, systematically "farming" new recruits.

thrown games reffers to people throwing lots of games. Not throwing one game. People decide to kill one player over another for multiple reasons...occasionally just one attack, or one comment, and that is half of the point of the game itself.

This is a psychological game, and suicides are a large part of it. Now if he attacked every high rank in every game that would be one thing, but to report every player that just decided to attack one more than the other would essentially be reporting nearly every player thats ever played a 3-8 person game. Avoiding those suicides often is the game.
