Discovered this when I was looking for multi's. I found it strange that jpliberty was in games with both XsorcererX2006 and XphilewipeX2006, since I'd just posted a C+A report on those two. I looked in the game itself to see if there was something fishy going on. Welp, nothing fishy but, come on, this sort of chat isn't going to keep new players here. I've only included the parts of the chat that are pretty offensive and not good if you want return custom, so look in the games if you want context. Admittedly, jpliberty is generally ok, but I don't think it's necessary to unleash like this on New Recruits (last one is a cook, in a game with a NR):

Thankfully no one is attempting to run this site like a business otherwise they would be pretty miffed. I'm sure jp isn't trying to drive people onto rival sites, that would suggest a level of planning that his vocab precludes him of having the capability for.


Now if someone was trying to run a business, and did the math, on how many potential fee paying clients a player with over 7000games, most of which are small player games(2-4player games make up 7270 of his games) has encountered. Now if 1 in 4players he encountered was a noob and or a freemium, and 1 out of every 10 noobs or freemiums became disenchanted...... Well if someone was attempting to run the site as a business, and did the maths.... Ouch their pockets would be very sore.

This accusation does belong here, and it will be interesting to see the way this infraction is punished.

Looking at old C&A cases I only found one against JP and it was never ruled upon so I'm assuming he was found innocent, and I know no other punishments that were imposed on his account, so this could be the first smear on him officially.

And while its obvious this reported chat abuse is more abusive than another user who just got booted, it looks like he lacks the apparent history that he had. So the form of punishment on this will set precedence of what will truly transpire with these infractions in the future.

Hopefully at the least its a WARNING, given the recent punishments of the user I mentioned earlier, but didn't name.

Odd that previous suspicion was never ruled on. I thought they all got ruled on?

It never had a form filled and was eventually moved to closed reports as per the C&A guidelines

If an admin wants to see what he is capable of, I had one game with him where he did paragraphs of insults in chat in per turn.. Check the logs on that one. Not to say I didn't jest with him a little myself, but the guy was completely crazy.

The point would have been much better made if you did it for him, instead of complaining that he didn't do it.

Indeed, these games mentioned here, Game 5197948, Game 5197946, Game 5171311, Game 5010723 and notably, Game 5052715 were with new accounts, but I have also checked some of his other games with "?" as well and they generally had normal game chats in them. I don't think it's enough to warrant a formal disciplinary action as of now. The point has been taken and jpliberty has been given a friendly advise to take it easy when playing against new accounts regarding his game chat.
