A bit out of order but it will do. I fixed your game tags also. Anyway, It's hard to tell so early, no other games to see when they take their turns, also multi's are usually on opposite teams and what not to sabotage and forcibly win. With any luck we can get an interview and see what's up, my guess is friends or family who recently watch "Like a Boss" by The Lonely Island.

Add Game 5200260 to the mix. Bizarre multi behaviour IMO. Most multis aren't made to play doubles sequential, if it's doubles they usually go freestyle.

Nice catch. Now the 10 000 dollar question is, who will quickly snap up and join the three open games for the free points? :D

Hmmm.... ok then.

Of the remaining three games of an obvious and reported multi, the following players happily joined:

Game 5200274
Hoagy
Renegades

Game 5200263
Hoagy
juventino

Game 5200260
Hoagy
Renegades

Is this kosher? Seems to me it's pretty similar like joining games that have obvious been set up in order to drop points (e.g. numerous 1v.1 speed games).

Hoagy (x3), Renegades (x2) and juventino (x1) - You should all know better than to do this...

of course. already previously busted multi and well known problem players joining games to obtain free points. Who would have figured ? :?:

I do agree. But I actually hope we get a game out of this now.

Problem players? Who, Me?

And lets be serious, if it turns out it is a multi, it is 3 clicks to remove the games and remove them from everyone. No points no nothing.

Yeah, but it seems pretty obvious that this is a multi. And it seems to me like you three (as experienced players) reasonably must have drawn this conclusion before joining. Nowdays, with a busted multi being kicked out of all active games (i.e. games aren't primarily cancelled) you will then automatically win and get the points. Dunno if it's a problem, but I don't think it's very kosher. Let's see what happens.

So... do deadbeat recruits and busted recruit multis still yield points?

Yeah, sure. Nothing new under the sun there for a long time (and rightly so IMO).

3. No points for deadbeats.
Your score is intended to reflect your skill, and it does not take much skill to defeat players who don't play. A deadbeat is now defined as someone who does not play after round 1. This is a separate concept from auto-kick.
EDIT: In team games, deadbeats on the winning team do not get a share of points.

4. Readjustment of all scores.
All points awarded for defeating deadbeats were taken away and the game logs have been revised to account for this. I hate to mess around with historical data but this will make the scoreboard more fair.

Terminator games
by lackattack on Mon Jul 10, 2006 8:09 am

Deadbeats Lose Points:
Sometimes people don't like the way the game was initialized and decide to go deadbeat on purpose to avoid playing the game. While working on a way to discourage deadbeating, I began to reconsider my decision to take deadbeats out of the points. Besides "strategic deadbeating" it caused other problems - confusion between auto-kick and the deadbeat/points rule and players being robbed of points after winning the game in round two. So, I scrapped the entire deadbeat/points rule. Everyone in the game will now gain or lose points whether they play or not.

Comments:

a little odd in my opinion. don't have a ton of proof of their multiship, but they joined 6 minutes apart and have only played games together. they have ridiculous monikers, and are eerily similar. anyways, thats what i got for now

IndianFan and Superman12 just got kicked from a game I'm in. Checking their games now they seem kind of obvious 14 games played, only ever doubles with each other.
