It's obvious that they know each other, but probably aren't multis. The game that you're in, admiral, is probably a case of secret diplomacy. If anything, that's what you can pin them down for.

Both are probable. Anyone can talk to themselves, the suspicion of such close turns was the problem.
I have to to go with they're cleared of multi's without an I.P. check(I'm not a mod). But it's possible they had two browsers open.
