Comments: In the standard game I started, they ganged up on the weakest player even with a No Spoils rule. The player "mishaa" attacked the weakest player on the board and let the dominant player "mrmoon" control the game.

Well they have played several doubles games as team mates. Which leads me to believe they at least know each other.

Also, they both come from portugal, possible multi in the hap too. And missing a turn isn't the proper way to deal with it, cheat or no cheat it's still poor sportsmanship.

This is noted for now. Most likely, these two are friends. If we can get more games (more than what has been mentioned here) where they appear to be teaming up against another opponent, we shall take it from there. You can give the appropriate ratings if you firmly believe that they had a secret alliance in your game.
