Summary: While I can't see evidence of in game cheating, (except for potentially Game 4972887 where he/she is accused), the wins reek of a multiple account. A new player only 25 games in will not understand the aforementioned terms and strategies without more experience.

This will be a difficult capture because he uses a proxy. Obvious multi. Is French, or from country near Greenwich Mean Time Zone who speaks French. Admitted to cooking dinner at a time that would have been noon on the east coast of the US.

Could it be that he is simply a superior strategist and picks up on game concepts quickly?

"Argues terminator strategy without having played terminator before" - this merely proves that he researched the rules on terminator games before playing and employed common sense strategy (I won my first terminator game against seven other players of varying experience).

"Wins first City mogul game played (three player)." - so what? He probably played well, understood the concept of not wasting armies on neutrals and exposing himself, and got lucky.

"Wins first new world game played." - and??? So did I. Just exercised common sense strategy.

Fwiw, I've come across my fair share of apparent multis, secret diplomats, vindictive gamewreckers, deadbeats, you name it, and I can understand your frustration.

Leonard*, Don Vasquez, volk3.2 have been Busted in connection with the albertq accounts. A number of smaller previous busts were also merged in with the albertq accounts.
