Tyerone and Hawaiian, suspect multis or SD [Busted]

Hawaiian, a cook, joined December 15 2008, and has completed 23 games - all but four of them include Tyerone. He has won 0 games, but of those 19 completed games where the two have played together, Tyerone has won 15. There are other games in which they are playing together that are not yet completed.
Since he joined in April 2007, Tyerone has completed 44 games and won 21 - so 15 out of 21 wins have been in games that have included Hawaiian. All but one or two of those were 3 player games.
The stats alone seem very suspicious to me. They are both Canadian, so may just be friends, but many of Tyerone's wins seem to have been because Hawaiian was playing with him. If they are not multis, then they must have an agreement - which would fall under secret diplomacy.
Note that in game 5078618 (my only game with them), that their turns are taken around 30 seconds apart. Note also that since I posted this suspicion, they have started to attack one another in my game (they hadn't beforehand), and are taking their turns further apart ...
