1v1 City Mogul, and he takes double turns?.....

Beggings his turn does some stuff, waits for his turn to run out before reinforcing or ending assaults. And Immediately takes another turn. Did this to me twice in 1 map, weather thats some sort of game fault or not thats just the douchiest move ever.

Aalmeida17 is Cleared of any abuse. The tactic used in this game is not against any rules on CC.
