Bad solution. It doesn't resolve the problem, it only sweeps it under the carpet for one person, leaving the problem for everyone else on the site to trip over.

If this outburst was just in the game chat, I could have just noted it for the meantime. But since he took his cursing up to both the other player's walls, he has been warned.

As what the others said, you can put him in your foes list so that he won't be able to join your future games or even post at your wall.
