the current standing of these two are that they have been blocked from each other
Let us start off by talking about the purpose of a ban and why its implemented.
A ban is simply a way of making it such that 2 or more players cant play each other anymore. They cant join games with each other in them regardless of the situation.
Now let us look at the results of this; by not allowing people to play each other they are obviously trying to prevent some sort of cheating occurring in games where the players are in.
The crime that could be committed is throwing a game, thats all that could be done to warrant a block as it is the only thing that requires a block to fix (bar the foe and move on responses)
This means that CC is only justified in Blocking the above two in the event that they have significant evidence showing that they are in fact throwing games, whether for the benefit of anybody.
So to examine this i went through all of their standard games, (assuming they wouldnt be working against each other in a dubs match)
Now when you look at the image above we can see that the only difference between the actual statistics and the ones in a perfect situation is off by ONE GAME
if selucid empire lost one game which rabid bunny won then the statistic would be perfect
how is it that we can claim to know two players habits from a whopping 12 games which is only 1 game off from being a perfect statistic
how ever lets go on a completely difference approach to this
lets say that instead of the number of games we play we should look at the % off it is
1 game out of 12 means that their games are ~8.33% off from a perfect stat

from the image above we can see that if being ~8.33% off makes you a cheater then lack and andy are also cheating
are they cheating? NO
so from that we can conclude that being ~8.33% off does not make you a cheater or at least suggests that there is no where near enough information to decide
however in either case Rabid Bunnies and Selucid Empire are innocent of what ever they were accused of and should have the ban lifted
