They almost always play immediately after each other.
They rarely attack each other, if they do, its just to gain control of a full region for bonus troops.
Neither of them follow a basic defensive pattern, i.e. they do not protect their borders from each other.

I lost some points and this person is still playing with both accounts, shouldnt they be blocked or deleted? Just asking. Dont know the process.
