Later on when I'm commenting about their obsessing over me when I was clearly the weakest player he says 2009-05-29 16:14:43 - Asimov: and i owe a couple of games to hacx

Shortly afterwards he comments that he has to go soon, clearly securing a win for Hacx5nine

I do not believe this was secret alliance with Hacx5nine, but it is pretty clear Asimov threw the game in his favor.

It does seem peculiar that he would say this in chat. And hax's response I think should clear him up that he was not involved on a diplomacy to benefit solely him. This is going to be up to the interpretation of the hunters though as to whether or not the context of this is punishable, it was obvious that his actions to show aggressions towards you were not the typical strategy to use in that case, but everyone is different.

I don't think Hacx5nine was involved in a secret diplomacy either, which is why I didn't name him as one of the accused. I guess maybe I wasn't clear on this point.

I think the chat was just:

Cleared. Asilo's last turn was deploying on Silo 2 and then followed blue's missing of turns until both of them were kicked out. If there was an intent, the suspicion or this report may have dozed it.
