Was having a good fun game - I was playing OK then they decided to group together. They backed off after I threatened to report them.

I sucks, but nothing wrong. They stated it in the chat, happens a lot that the others target the stronger one

Rule #2: No secret diplomacy

Any form of diplomatic discussion between opponents must be posted in the game chat in English or in a language that all opponents understand. Diplomacy includes, but is not limited to: proposing truces, negotiating alliances, and coordinating assaults. Secret diplomacy can be hard to prove, but if you suspect it you should leave the players in question appropriate ratings. If you feel certain about players engaging in secret diplomacy consider reporting them in the Cheating & Abuse Reports forum by posting a new topic.

oh come on, "Conducting Diplomacy" that not against the rules, all diplomacy was in game chat and unless i'm mistaken that's the main function of game chat (and to make bad jokes).

and "They backed off after I threatened to report them." no .hahaha, diplomacy changes as power changes hands.

and for your attitude, i'm sadened by the fact as soon as it begins to look bad, you throw the game. game log won't show this because he targets red large numbers and my 1's which were in the way of my larger armys.
therefore giving me an advantage.
PS: look at game chat and case will be cleared. i don't think i've even played with them before.

From looking at the game log, it seems that you were indeed the strongest person in the game at the time they made the comments and alliance. Diplomacy is allowed in games, it is secret diplomacy that is not allowed.

riodeishere and fralom are Cleared of secret diplomacy.
