Hmmmm...interesting case. I checked into an Archipelago freestyle game in which they knew each other's names and talked constantly in the gamechat. They might just be friends, but an IP check will cover it up.

I find it very strange that you accused King_Shmegmito and I of a secret alliance and then reported King and Dr to the moderators, as if switching your complaint depending on who was attacking you that turn. I suspect this is not the first fruitless complaint this player has made

The king, Dr. and I are all friends and live close by and sometimes share a computer to take turns, but a quick look at our IP's would would suggest that this is not the norm and usually play on different computers.

Taking a deeper look into our games would also reveal that we never form a secret alliance and that we are almost always each others main targets. As my game chat would suggest I think the general might just have been frustrated by a losing game

King Shmegmito, c12ax7, and I, as well as about 5 or 6 other CC users are all friends from Tallahassee, FL. When we create games the creator usually sends a text message or email out to all of us so that we can join and play against each other. Sometimes this doesn't always work out and we get random people, such as General. I think he is the first person to accuse us of secret diplomacy, mostly because its usually apparent that there is none taking place. While it is true that sometimes we take turns on each others computers while we are at each other's houses, we don't do secret diplomacy. However we still might do this when only our personal friends are in a game with no one else, and also sometimes when we make a game at our university's library and we are all sitting in the computer labs. But in these cases it isn't secret diplomacy, unless it is required that all diplomacy be documented in the game chat even when all members are communicating with each other in real life or via some other means.

If there is any rule against anything we are doing please let us know and we'll cease it immediately. But we aren't trying to break any rules - we are just 3 friends that like to play each other in conquer club.

All I have to say is, I agree whole heartedly with the two posts above by the Dr and c12ax7, we are just friends trying to have a fun time, not the same person. Also, there was no secret diplomacy, nor has there been, and General in short, gets off getting on other people, and is a sore loser. If anyone should be under the microscope it should be him for his pornographic avatar, corrupting young and fragile minds in the Conquer Club community.

Someone tried to get his avatar removed before, but its a no go. Apparently Mod's have examined the gif frame by frame and there was nothing simply nude...just a lot of borderline images. And yea...last game I played with him he accused the other players as being multis and/or conducting secret diplomacy as well.

I'd suggest when this is all done to just Foe him and continue on enjoying CC. That's the route I took.

There are too many so-called friends who use the same computer or tactics that should be condemned. It's one thing having these "friends" play on teams, but another when their friendliness becomes in fact a team effort.

When you follow these "friends" in their previous games, they in fact play together, until one of them gets knocked out or the two are the only ones left.

This is not sportmanlike behavior, but COLLUSION.

I accused them as well, it does appear that they are just friends. I did mention that they probably shouldnt play "against" each other if there are other random people in it. It seemed like one of the 3 attacked me out of spite when he had a chance to break his friends bonus. Which I pointed out and then he went out of his way to continue his onslaught of me. I was eliminated quickly.

This case will be interesting...as an IP check will help it may not do the complete trick because part of the accused defense is that they sometimes play together at each other's houses or at a library. Hope it gets resolved fairly, but I personally think that they are either multis or conduct numerous secret alliances.

You played 21 games where you (or ur friends) could have given each other an advantage and you won 16 of them giving you a 76% win rate

You played 13 games where you were on your own for winning, you won 2 of them total and that gives you a 15% win rate

Are you telling me that you magically increase your win rate FIVE FOLD when you play ur friends?

Other than that none really, other than the fact you're a Conquer Club lawyer now, and also, I have nothing to worry about cause we all have a large number of different IP addresses, obviously showing there are more than just one of me. If I had multiple accounts, i think id be letting one of them win a lot more than the other, at least, that would be the smart thing to do. Not to mention i guess id be such a master mind to have game chat back and forth with myself in every game,cause this game and account mean sooooo much to me. (sarcasm if you didn't pick that up and your getting behind). If you want to check our IPs you'll see that while we have some in common most of the time we play on our own respective computers.

I think the reason why King Shmegmito hasn't won as many games where his friends weren't present (to your knowledge) is mostly because he doesn't search for random people to play with. He pretty much exclusively plays with people he knows and only joins games that we create or he creates and he sends us the game number so that we can join.
Obviously the amount of games where he knows someone would have the higher percentage, because in actuality there was only one game he played where he didn't know anyone (4573724). All the rest had at least one person he knows from Tallahassee, FL, including Shicaca2, OddjobNick, ileikmudkips, and Tousen.

I honestly can't remember the last time we made an alliance in a CC game. Usually we try and f*ck each other over as much as possible because we each want to win.

EDIT: Since when does 16 + 2 = 11 wins, the amount of wins that King Shmegmito actually has?

These players need to be punished for at least using their so-called friendship as a disadvantage to other players who play against them.

It's called a secret alliance, which they use against unknowing and unsuspecting players, who wish to play honorably.
