I accused them at the beginning and now it is very obvious...
I informed them I am reporting them..
I will also reflect this in their ratings when I am eliminated...supposed to be fun!!!!

Dude..you have nothing to prove that with. I mean just because YOU were eliminated doesn't mean that a secret diplomacy was involved. I advise you to not make such bold statements...and if you do make sure that you have proof. The odds of them doing this are unlikely, but you are fairly new so you can still learn (don't mean to condescend, just saying that there should be more evidence in a case like this).

those 2 are in 9 other games as well together. And both joined in all of them in the #1 & 2 spot. An IP check and look at the game logs will determine the validity of this claim

Geert Romain and Karineke are cleared of being multis with one another. Maybe friends or people who know each other. As for a secret diplomacy, it is all you in the game chat and no truce was ever declared. How did you conclude they had a truce? They did not break each other's bonus as you think they are suppose to? If you feel they have a secret alliance in your game, feel free to leave the appropriate ratings for these players. For now, this is noted.
