The accused are suspected of: Being ridiculously abusive in game chat and ratings abuse

Comments: I understand that this player believes I suicided against him (though that certainly was not the case). However, that is really irrelevant to his ridiculously abusive response to my moves. Even further, I explained my actions and asked him nicely to stop the abuse, and he continues. It seems to me that this guy needs a little time away from the game, as it seems to stress him out so much.
EDIT: Oh, and then he goes on to state that he will be suiciding in return. So his reason for abusing myself (and another player) is due to a perceived suicidal attack, and yet he's going to do the same thing.
EDIT2: Having further looked at his play, he abuses people in the majority of his games and he leaves ONLY 1-star ratings, regardless of what happens in his games.
