Comments:this is clearly staded in the comunaty giuldlines-

Common sense prevails - if you are intentionally or continually making this community less enjoyable for others, you're going to be removed from it. It's that simple. This applies to any part of the site where interaction takes place; in Forums, Private Messages, Live Chat and Game Chat.

the last game i played him in i quit becuase it was so unpleasent.

You need to be more specific than "being annoying". If you don't like the comments that someone makes in a game, put that person on your foe list. I quickly skimmed the comments, and nothing seems out of line. Unless you come up with something that actually breaks the guidelines, then you'll just have to put this person on your foe list.

one- the guild lines do say game chat
two- if he quit's the game it can be vary annoying
three what about all his swaring?

1. There's a whole section dealing with game chat.
2. Quitting/Deadbeating out of a game is not illegal (unless you start a bunch of games with the intent to deadbeat them).
