The most below average ratings I've seen anyone give out
and a prime candidate for everyone's foe/ignore list.

The very first rating he "awarded" was all ones to the winner of the game while
tagging him as a deadbeat. chris11 is an asshat who misses 1/4 of his turns
yet seems to enjoy retaliating with ratings.
