Yes this is obviously a problem. Though seeing as this is his first report in any thread. I would think this will warrant a warning.

perhaps a warning is needed. But, it needs to stop. I just want to enjoy the game without someone getting all sensitive about something as trivial as ratings.

Yes and a warning should definitely help with that. Hopefully people will learn to take care of matters privately rather than going into games to do them.

I see more abuse of the rating system than trolling. He said 1 thing in four games. Annoying yes. Trolling? Eh, arguably. There is a lot more trolling than that going on I'd say.

Looking at the ratings Kotaro gives, I'd say sjeff4 has a reason to be upset. Obviously spamming game chat isn't the way to solve this problem, but still...
