23 of their last 83 1v1 games that he/she joined are still ?'s and a lot more were ?'s when the game was joined joined, even though they are now ranked.
Also they virtually only join 1v1's and hardly ever start them - thereby ensuring that they don't end up playing higher ranks.

Just think it its worth a look..

And yes their are quite a bit of games where the accused was the 2nd player in a 1 vs 1 where the originator of the game was either a ? or is as high as a Private 1st class now. I believe a WARNING will be handed out.

He is in no way a cheater. Upstanding player!

Can't see that your recommendation carries much weight - you've only played 4 games with him over 2 years, the last time over 6 months ago, and I'm looking at games over the last 3 months. Also if you feel he is such an 'upstanding player' - how is it that you haven't bothered leaving him any feedback?

Do I need to leave feedback on all the people I play with or against? The times we've played as partners, I have not single thing bad to say. With that said, I will say it again, he is in no way a "cheater"!
