Correctly Filled Out. You just had some extra stuff inside the coding which made it so it didn't work.

Interesting that .Conan knew the strategy of sit back and wait until he could go whipe someone out. It is very interesting that he knew bombard as a ?. Knew the game play very well on the feudal map. I'd be surprised if this wasn't a bust, I've been wrong before.

.Conan is Cleared of being a multi.

Then I think he got a new IP-adress or something. I just cannot picture this guy beging a noob. Unless he has friends who play CC and he's being helped, wich whould be fine.

Seriously, no way in hell that this guy is Dutch. You might have cleared him but I still have a weird feeling about him...
