this ties in with the gamechat time and amilo did not deployalthough he/she did not win it shows that abuse was intended, in the next game i advised i would be reporting him he suicided me and added following chat

Before I begin to try to tell my side of the story I would like to first say that I have been a paying member now for a few years and although some of my game play my not be the stratagy of some, I am by far not a cheater. In the games meantioned I was using mail as a distraction to her game. Read the mail, not pay attention to game. And for the "are you silver" comment..I believe I was being attacked by more then one color and asked who she was after, and I did not say or mention anything about eliminating anyone for her for any reason at all. I have had many conversations with Amilo in the past and none have been about cheating or anything to do with cheating..
So if you find that I was in the wrong for anything I might of said or done, then I expect you to do what you feel is necessary as a punishment..but by no means was Amilo any part of my strategy, only as the victim..Thank you, Robert a.k.a gypsybynature

Ok from looking at your information given. Honestly asking to not deploy is not secret diplomacy in my opinion. Secret Diplomacy according to me is where you have a plan to personally attack someone to help another player win. Though it is in the gray area asking someone off of the game chat to not deploy, it is cheap, just ask straight up in game chat. But from what I've read, I think a Warning verdict would be best here. As 1) gypsy hasn't been reported before for cheating 2) Amilo as well has never been reported for cheating. Again I'd think a Warning at the least, and maybe a block is best for this case.

Gypsybynature and Amilo have been warned and blocked from playing together.

Nice verdict . That's what i was thinking as well. Block, and at least a warning.
