nope, it's physically impossible for someone to attack 2 different places on 2 different accounts and have the attacks be within 2 seconds of each other.

The join dates are the same but like stinkycheese said you cant not be on two accounts at the same time unless there is 2 computers in the house with internet access.

It is possible to do that. Just log into seperate accounts on different browsers, and you can play at the same time.

I realize that, however it is impossible to select one item on a dropdown menu and click "attack" and then select the other browser and do the same thing all within 2 seconds. That was the point I was attempting to make.

No it isn't. You forgot selecting an item on the dropdown menu anyway.

perhaps they are using two computers and clicking the attack buttons at about the same time, that would not be physically impossible. Or you could use remote desktop, if you need proof that it is possible, i can provide it.

i could easily set up two computers on two different IP's and have them both perform attacks within 2 seconds of each other, just say when.

Sure you could do that, but that would require quite a bit of preparation between moves.

So could you do this:
2006-10-30 17:41:29 - insanediver1234 attacked Middle East from Afghanistan and conquered it from darkness10
2006-10-30 17:41:35 - insanesoccermonk attacked Japan from Kamchatka and conquered it from darkness10
2006-10-30 17:41:42 - insanesoccermonk attacked Mongolia from Japan and conquered it from darkness10
2006-10-30 17:41:43 - insanediver1234 attacked Egypt from Middle East and conquered it from darkness10
2006-10-30 17:41:53 - insanediver1234 attacked East Africa from Egypt and conquered it from darkness10
2006-10-30 17:42:06 - insanediver1234 attacked Congo from East Africa and conquered it from darkness10
2006-10-30 17:42:08 - insanesoccermonk attacked Northwest Territory from Ontario and conquered it from harrisap
2006-10-30 17:42:15 - insanesoccermonk attacked Alaska from Northwest Territory and conquered it from harrisap
2006-10-30 17:42:18 - insanediver1234 attacked South Africa from Congo and conquered it from darkness10

Selecting all those countries on dropdown menus and selecting how many people you wish to advance after every attack. Not to mention the strategizing that one would have to be doing in their head between attacks.

it wouldn't be easy, but it wouldn't be hard either, i always map out exactly what i plan to do before i start my turns so that i have everymove planned out, unless i'm in a hurry.

You can't possibly know how many guys you're going to lose on each attack...your strategy must be altered throughout the turn. Maybe you've never played doubles freestyle with someone you know. There is far too much thought, clicking, and alt-tabbing for one person to have done all that.

I'm not even mentioning everything else that makes these guys NOT look like a multi.

more likely, they are 2 individuals in the same room on 2 different computers, playing at the same time. When my wife and I play doubles together, we always get in the game at the same time and coordinate our attacks. Nothing illegal about that.
