I would suggest you either screen capture the message he sent you and paste it in here, or forward it to one of the hunters.

Also spread the word in your game for the other players that received one from him to do the same.

There's no proof been provided - so how do you want the Hunters to go about punishing this cheater?

I did not break the rules of the game. I tried to send reinforcements at one point and they did not work for an unknown reason all I did was let him know and ask him to respect that fact while attacking me. This was not secret diplomacy. I also sent one to pink saying I would leave him alone for three turns. I made no deal and did not try to say anymore about it after that.

Any talk outside of the game chat that involves an active game with the other participants can be viewed as secret diplomacy.

This rule is in place to allow all users involved of the game the chance to be made aware of situations with other players.

This most likely will be a WARNING or NOTED if this is your first offense.

I would advise next time if you have anything to say to members that are in an active game with you conduct all chat in the space that is provided for all in the game chat.

Verdict: Account noted and warned. When playing on Conquer Club, we leave all "cards on the table" so to speak. Picture yourself sitting at a table amongst others and you slipping notes under the table to a couple of other players in secret. This wouldn't be prudent in a "real life" game and it isn't accepted here. All forms of communication should be in the chat log and not done in private. Warning served.
