Ok, here's my take on the whole thing. I went through a ton of games between these 2 payers to try to find a game or 2 where there were taking turns at the same time to try to prove that they were using different computers. But out of the many games I searched I couldn't find 1. I didn't look at them all, and could be wrong, but the lack of clear evidence would point me down the trail that at the least the same computer was being used.

With that being said though some of the timing of turns between both users makes me shy away from the multiple account accusation. As I said, based on the timings of actions from both accounts. You either have

• A user that is on CC using several accounts at all times
• A couple users that may utilize the same computers (barring IP check of course)
• Friends that are on separate schedules

Either way I will give you some clear cut data that can help one to perceive a trend of one user helping another out.

Since a secret diplomacy is hard to prove please lower your expectations on my findings to be at the most, if not busted as a multi, to be Noted or Blocked from playing with one another.

And my usual disclaimer applies here as well, I'm not perfect, I just look into this and lay it out their from my point of view.

Game 3714970 ertdfgcvb won
During this game ertdfgcvb made 50 successful attacks with 0 on qwe123
qwe123 was eliminated in round 9 of this round 16 match also without making a single attack on ertdfgcvb

Game 3789976 ertdfgcvb won
During this game the 27 successful attacks that ertdfgcvb made on qwe123 came within the last 3/4 rounds
After conveniently qwe123 did all the hard work in eliminating other players. qwe123 successfully attacked ertdfgcvb 4 times

Game 4052576 another player won
This one neither really touched each other, but it looks like on the surface that their was a deeper threat that deserved attention

Game 4248178 Still going
Game is questionable, but both their actions could also be due in part to you calling them out as cheats in chat. Usually this will turn eyes on you from the people you accuse. So hard to judge from this game.

However, as I said before the lack of concrete evidence out of all the games played at similar times of having turns taken at same times, and the 1st 2 games I stated above I believe at the least you have a case for a secret alliance.

P.S. You can also note that in all the games they are in together, they joined the game one after the other

ertdfgcvb, qwe123 and even SunTzu3 and TeaTimeForMao may all be schoolmates or friends. Anyway, game 4248178 is highly suspicious. I am sure they have their own reasons as to what their strategies are in this game, and considering they have played 4 games together as of now, if you can point out another game where they appear to be colliding secretly once again, then we can take it from there.
