ronc8649 it appears the player that you are having problems with is also waiting on your team to play with you in Game 4409359. You might want to correct this by asking him to drop out or you do yourself before you wind up with a similar situation like this one on your hands.

Being baited, especially in Game Chat, is no excuse for purposely throwing a game.

i thought i was being nice..............sometimes i join a game and hope a couple of players that are decent will join.

and as far as verbal shit goes. i could care less what he/she says. this is not the case we are talking about. so your banter lesson will have to be postponed till a later date.

this is a player intentionally throwing a game. and then joining other games of mine to do the same thing most likely, although, that will never be proven. what can be proven is him/her throwing this game intentionally

I believe Ron submitted a clear cut case that proved he had a team mate that at the least had said he was purposely going to throw the game. Hence why I felt no need to add anything to the investigation. Seeing as all that remains to be done is for a hunter to look at the game log and verify if the player that said these things acted them out.

Sometimes we all say things in the heat of the moment that we don't mean, obviously if this person acted them out then he is in clear violation of the rule of deliberatly throwing a game and is subject to punishment.

what does seem a lil out of place that I will take the time to comment on now is your ability to reference documentation in CC guidelines and quote people as well as you have lordmcfuzz, seeing as you haven't even completed 20 games yet and have posted in the forums twice.

Sorry to be also a little out of place. This is a simple forum and I did take the time to read the rules and such, like a good player and forum poster should do.

Based from that team game chat posted here, it would seem that pink and yellow started on the wrong foot. Things took off from this and yellow didn't like to continue playing with his current team that he would rather lose, bringing his teammates with him. As your other teammate put it, no biggie if yellow decides to play for the other team, as he saw his teammates having their own personal war of their own. I can only note this one for now since ncbilly123 does have his own share of positive ratings, commenting him as a good teammate.

Nobody is really to blame here but you can rate ncbilly123 accordingly as a teammate.
