He didn't like the move I made, but there are forum-acceptable ways to say it; this constitutes a flame in game chat, which according to forum guidelines, is unacceptable. Perhaps an hour later he rethought the remark, after someone else explained the move so he found it more reasonable, if still unwise; but I believe an official warning is warranted to curb this sort of behavior outside of flame wars on the site.

"outside of flame wars" refers to the rest of the forums, not game chat. Add him to your foe list and you'll never see his naughty words again.

What happened to you being in Imperial Dragoons? Surely this does not have anything to do with that does it? Sour Grapes?

I was asked to leave Dragoons because I wouldn't privately "suck up" being cursed at and flamed.

"Retard" invokes people with mental disabilities, usually referring to Downs Syndrome. It is an historical bigotry, and thus, consititutes a flame which I find offensive.

I bolded the important bits for you. I doubt your vendetta will accomplish anything, as it was in game chat, not the forums. I've already told you what the official answer will be. Foe him and get on with your life.
