The accused are suspected of:

Being Multis
Other: played jarul69pimp and kicked his arse in game 4281856 and he rated me low in all three categories.... poked around and found out he is a habitual crappy rater. Popped into several of his games to let the players know that jarule69pimp is going to give you a low rating. so then I get some smack talk from danervinsucks .... never played this guy - not sure why he is sticking up for jarule69pimp except he is jarule69pimp's multi.... its just weird - they play a ton of games together.... stop playing together then danervinsucks sticks up for his buddy ....

• 10 out of 18 games they have played together were teams games where they were on the same team
• 1 team game they played on opposite teams (Game 4193202)
• 2 games were 1 on 1 (each won 1)
• 5 games were games involving other players (danervinsucks won 3 out of the 5)

It appears to me they are friends who enjoy to play games together.

Given the time interval between the turns taken in these 2 separate games by both of these users it can be roughly determined that this is more then one user.

As I have said before though I can/will be wrong. I'm just trying to help provide insight into the situation.

Most likely this will just warrant you a Warning if this is your first offense. In the future I would take the higher road, give justification for the low rating you received in your response tag and FOE this user and move on.

Seems like they will both be getting a Warning for trolling games that they are not in with the sole purpose of harassing the other player.

And overanalyzer, as what king sam mentioned, try not to troll into other people's games. This is regardless whether it's a rule or not.
