Either they are friends all conducting secret diplomacy or multi's, most likely multi's if you check the times when they play. But its apparent they know each other and help each other in non teams games.

All the accounts get to finish the games they are in but are not allowed to:

• join any more
• access their inbox
• post in the forums

You will notice all the users are registered as "Guests" rather then "Registered User"

& only the original account will be able to buy his way back in to the site (which ever one it was)
