Steelhorse

Game 4351306

The accused are suspected of:

Being Multis
Conducting Secret Diplomacy

Other: I cannot be sure that one of them is a multi, and I realize I am calling out a moderator here, but this game smelled like cheating to me.

Steelhorse and robindreaux have played together before. By virtue of robindreaux's move in round 3, robindreaux set the table for Steelhorse to win. I find it difficult to believe that Steelhorse was only lucky to have been the player who followed Steezul and robindreaux. I played a fair game and this game had all the trappings of secret diplomacy.

Neither steezul nor steelhorse was at all concerned that robindreaux didn't take a first turn. Neither posted to robindreaux's wall to inform robindreaux of being up and potentially missing a turn. While this is not necessarily cause for me to call them cheaters, it just was one of many things that didn't make sense in this game. I think it is only fair that this is researched and not tossed aside simply becuase steelhorse is a moderator.

Just because someone doesn't remind another player that it is their turn, does not mean they are cheating. I have deadbeats in games all the time. I don't go sending them messages and posting on their wall that they are about to miss their turn. If they are missing turns, likely they aren't going to read a PM or see a wall message anyways because they are most likely not logging into the site.

I can't believe you accused Steelhorse of cheating. :lol:

The reason Steelhorse's play was a bit off is purely because he doesn't know how to play. :twisted:

How are we supposed to go straight to the game if you didn't fill it out right? And I do not think a moderator would cheat. So once again I say, your full of shit.

And some people just make idiot moves. If you can't deal with that, then start foeing people. But have fun trying to foe mods. It's impossible.

first of all, you filled out your form incorrectly and very few peope will go find the game themselves. i went and found it, and you are simply whining about a loss. someone else in the thread posted chat from the game. you have no proof of a cheating. you have proof of being a poor loser. to top it off, if someone posted on my wall or pm'd me that it was my turn, i guarantee you i would take my turn down to the last possible moment i could finish my turn in. and did you think that possibly people are making fun of you in this thread, because your accusations are absolutely ridiculous?-0

owen has a point here, just because you lost to someone doesn't mean they're a cheater (and the chances of a mod being a cheater is very low... I think)

Looking at the log it appears that Green had 2 terts and that Red tried to take him out and failed. The chat indicates that it was 12 v 11 or something close like that and that the 2 cards were out there with Blue sitting with a 4 set. With those 4 cards there's a better than 85% chance that he's turning in. Red made the play for Green to keep him from Blue. It may not have been a good move and it clearly backfired on Red as Blue moved in and took her out but just because another player makes a bad move doesn't mean that there is cheating involved. People make bad moves every day. I probably make 5-6 a day at a minimum. Does it suck when someone makes a bad move that costs you the game-of course everyone has been there but that doesn't mean there is cheating going on.

regardless, when you click on the game, it doesn't take you there, because it wasn't done properly... and even then, if you take the time to go to the game, there is nothing there but the OP whining about losing a game...-0

The chat log is not necessarily good evidence, but that doesn't mean the game log isn't. Don't mistake me though, I'm not saying there is any evidence there, just Steelhorse getting damn lucky. And I don't remember seeing anywhere in the C&A report where it says "If you don't use the [game] bbcode, your entire form is wrong". Perhaps you could enlighten me as to where it says "use these codes or your form is disregarded".
