How can a player win his firsts games from good players!?
I'm sure he is another user who made a new account and is playing on it ...

Just because someone is good, doesn't mean that they have to be a multi. If it were a more complex map, like Feudal, Age of Realms, or Battle for Iraq, then it would be a bit weird. There is nothing wrong with a new player only playing small maps.
