Other: not really a secret diplomacy(but Dekes said it was), but maybe just a bad day.

Comments: Here is the important part of the game chat:

- Dekes: hey green, red and i colluded before the game. i'm just trying to help him win
- reptile: what? you are trying to help red win?

- Dekes: good work red, we've got him now
- reptile: for two turns in a row he has done nothing but waste his armies on me. either way i can get his premium taken after saying that

i sent dekes a pm asked if he was just having a bad day because i dont want to report anyone for just having a bad day. i didnt get a response.

i dont want him to lose his premium, i just want him to get a warning or something if that is possible. he is a leutenant, so i doubt he does this regularly.

I would think a mod should PM him with a warning or just asking what that was all about.

Lets face it, Dekse could just as easely jank the guys chain. There is no 'real' evidence of a secret alliance. Its hard to prove anyways. You have to appreciate not all people being trustworthy on what they write in gamechat. It might just have been a brag.
Ofcourse, if the first poster did his homework he would have shown us a list with all the games dekes played with the other guy he supposedly colluded with. This would show familiarity. it is not shown here. Usually more is needed then one game before secret alliances are established. SO most likely something to this effect will be posted by a mod, and the case will be closed. At most he will at [Noted] if he feels he must. Thats the most likely event, and compariable to a slap on the wrist.
So I say, unless you have something to add to this case, like the previous games both players played in, with its results, that we leave this to the mods, untill they have time to make up their minds.
Secret Alliances take a lot more time then regular multi research.

these two teamed up on another player, godofwar69 got the win, whether the teamed up cause the other member was strongest is unknown. game was finished Nov 28 last year, prior to this game that was written about in this report. The 2 were very chatty.

1 on 1 speed game that Dekes won, also completed prior to this one in this report.
No chat between these 2 players that are very talkative in 3 out of the other 4 games they have been in.

Their is your history of play together that can help showcase a trend of sketchy play between the two, the 1st one where Dekes deadbeated could have been a tactic that was thought to help godofwar69 or not.

yes there is. if you look at the code for what he put, then you would know how to do it. Instead, you put unneeded things in the tread. Try and keep is on topic.

being the one that posted this, i have played with godofwar b4 and i dont think he would be a multi or team up against other players intentionally.

as far as dekes, i still thinks it just needs a "noted"

i dont know if there is a record of offenses or what not, i dont know how this works. i have never posted in this forum b4.

There is sort of a record, they keep track of it and make sure you don't become a mod and if you get busted again they increase the penalty.

godofwar69 and Dekes have however only played a total of 4 games together, So i listed them all here with my own personal comments.

3567992 Dekes got kicked out for missing turns, quitly suggesting they are not multi's
3745276 This game holds some very interresting chatconvos. I assume this would prove a seret alliance.
3787508 is a 2 player game, both fought without giving away the game.
4119481 has some interresting chatcomments suggesting Dekes is an ass. Collusion as in a secret alliance is not likely, just someone trying to look bigger then he really is.

They are all speedgames.

In all, I consider game http://www.conquerclub.com/game.php?game=3745276 to be of the greatest interest. Even so, its a noted case (maybe a block) at worst.
