as much as i hate this guy... yes, its allowed

i suggest you foe him and get over it, that is the policy on things like this

if it were to happen in lots of games and if it were worse than that (fucking idiot isnt too bad, cc has seen worse) then you should report him and it might actually get looked into

CC is not a G rated site and has a fairly loose policy on what is allowed in game chat. If you do not want to read what has been said, put the user on your foe list.
