Comments:
Before I get into the details I will quickly list the three main reasons why I am making this topic.
1. This particular topic needed to be made.
2. "To sin by silence when they should protest makes cowards of men." - Abraham Lincoln
"Powerlessness and silence go together." - Margaret Atwood
3. There is a current war on farming, inadequately initiated, with inept, potentially disastrous parameters, where it seems a large bulk of time and energy has been spent. When in fact one man, Twill, is doing more damage to the community and Conquer Club than Farming has done, will do, and probably could ever do.
I was banned for 24 hours for flaming Twill after he baited me. It was my first flame post outside of the Flame forum. I have not received a legitimate PM warning prior to my first flame post, I received no Pm warning about the Flame post. I was immediately given a ban, even though it was my first offence.
Community Guidelines wrote: 24 Hour(ban)
For users who have yet to learn from their first offense actions. Calm down, cool it, regroup, be happy.
Community Guidelines wrote:Flaming out of flame wars will get your post edited and will get you a warning from a mod.

Just because you didn't directly attack another user does not make your post a meaningful contribution. If your post's intent was to provoke another user into an emotional response, to get under their skin or to otherwise piss them off, you're baiting them. Hopefully the user doesn't take the bait, but you'll probably get a warning from a mod.
Twoll's baiting, mocking, error strewn post - Which is below.
Twill wrote:ROFLMAO.
You claim no mod has posted in here, but I see no less than 3 mods posting.
You claim that it's impossible for there to be porn on youtube because it's banned, yet that would mean that there's no flaming on this site outside of the flame wars. Flawless logic there mate.
You claim that I'm telling a fib about what I saw very clearly linked on YouTube? A hand sticking into a vagina is generally considered to be pornographic. Now, I may be overly conservative, but I'm pretty sure that violates the no porn linked rule.
You claim that the thread linked to an 18 or over page. If you want to be technical about it, the thread linked to the video, and youtube inserted the 18 or over warning, so pimp did link to a page with porn linked on it.
You claim that NS needs a youtube account to mod CC? I ROFLMAO again. If he needs a youtube account to mod CC, you need a life to post on the forums.
go away and come back when you're not going to be a douche because this forum doesn't link to porn or site which contain porn, regardless of their rules.
M'kay, thanks and bye now.
Twill
I'm not going to critique Twill's post by pointing out every single error/lie/mistake(intentional or otherwise, I don't know which but from what I have witnessed I am leaning towards the former). There is, however, at least one of those three things in each paragraph of Twills post(that's a MINIMUM of SIX).
Does youtube allow porn? No. Was the video Twill watched and referenced as porn, porn? No(and he knows it). Which is why the video is not deleted. The video twill CLICKED on is an educational video, there is nothing remotely sexual about it, and it is most definitely not pornography. For anyone to suggest otherwise, is a LIAR(one lie amongst many, in one post - the jury is in, Twill is dishonest and cannot be trusted)
Question - Which rule did Dave break with the posting of his topic?
Community Guidelines wrote:Nudity and sexual material are not allowed.
Any images or textual descriptions of sexual activity or nudity - nipples, areola, genitals, anuses etc - whether intended as artistic, erotic, pornographic or otherwise are not allowed.
This includes content posted here and links to other sites. Posting NSFW - "Not Suitable For Work" - does not make it ok for posting.
If it is ambiguous, we'll ask you to remove it anyway, so "It's a guy's nipple" isn't going to fly. You're just trying to be annoying at that point.
Posting a painting from the 13th century with exposed nipples to claim that we're evil dictators when we ask you to remove it is also just being annoying, and you're probably just being a troll at that point.
Pornography in chat or in the forums will frequently earn an immediate 24-hour vacation, even without a warning first.
Answer - no rule.
For Twill
I'm sure I've accidently left out a few things I had intended to include, and some things I left out because I would be accused of flaming or some silly nonsense.
I am almost entirely certain that a lot of members could(and hopefully will) add to this topic with events of Twill abusing his position, flaming, having complete disregard for the rules, as they apply to everyone else but him apparently, etc.
I am not enjoying Conquer Club at the moment, there are several reasons for this( a large percentage of it is the inconsistency of the mods, the poor decisions made by them, and the abuse) and I'm really doubting whether I'll renew when my premium runs out.
One last thing, some of the things I omitted from including in the form:
When someone is in a position of power they must have certain attributes, otherwise they are not fit to the job asked of them, and they should be removed.
1 - Sound judgement
2 - reasoned, thought out actions/reactions
3 - A certain level of intelligence
4 - self control
5 - Humility is not a necessity, but it sure goes a long way.
6 - Being able to set a good example
The Boss - Lack, if by some miracle you get to read this, as far as I can see, your RHM fails all six.
This is a serious abuse claim, I filled the form, I want this dealt with.
(please don't flame in this topic)
:Edited to add quote on 24 hour banning.
